Last year, I got 5 vivs from him, this year another 2. Next year I was going to have him replace another 8, and build my racks. I placed two orders with him last month, that took a month to arrive, fair enough. But he turned up with one of them as he didn't see the second order. Sadly, I'd already started moving some stuff from inside so I had no choice but to order elsewhere and ask him for a refund. As per usual, his products are (usually, but more on that in a minute) great and his communication is the worst. 5 days later, I got a thumbs up to a message and the day after a refund. Sorry I was clearly a pain, it's not like it's him who missed an order... Oh, wait. The 6 foot vivarium I bought, was actually only 5 foot 11, which isn't going to bother the snake but when it was a replacement for a fish tank, and ordered to be the same colour as the unit the tank was on, I am left with an inch gap at one end or a smaller one at both. Don't advertise in feet if you're not capable of working with them. I had recommended him to a friend with a growing snake collection, and up until today I still would have done. But I found out today he's blocked my account. For what? Because he can't measure and can't organise? All recommendations gone, and there's plenty out there doing the same work. What a joke of a business.
