I strongly advise against using this service. Initially, I was promised that my debt would be managed, but their record-keeping is poor. I continue to receive messages from creditors, which is distressing, particularly when disputes are involved. After paying 50% of my debt, they placed me on a payment plan, which is confusing and feels like a loss. I was misled about having 95% of my debt written off. They seem to prey on vulnerabilities. I want a refund, but they refuse, and I feel deceived by the positive reviews. I've lost £7,000 and am still in debt after over a year. Their lack of action has only caused me stress and anxiety. I plan to report them for negligence.
