Please do not use this company!!!!!!!! We were a group of 78 people traveling from England to Italy, and the problems started right away: broken air conditioning, terrible planning, and unexpected delays. The journey took 42 hours instead of 27! The company only responded when we threatened to leave a bad review.Broken seats, dirty interiors, a cracked windshield, and faulty outlets were the least of our concerns. I’m still in the coach and I’m concerned about kids and adults health!! It’s so hot !! Not air to breathe!!! Toilet not working and stinks very badly!!!Never ever again with this company!!! Terrible service!!!!
