The customer service is absolutely outstanding. They respond quickly and even uploaded the other side of a double-faced card to their site since it wasn’t available. The cards themselves are fantastic, slightly thicker than standard cards, but once sleeved, it’s unnoticeable. The holographic stamp on the rare card isn’t actually holographic (for those who care), but it’s not a problem at all. They do mention this on the site, though I didn’t read it properly; just know you need to buy both sides of double-faced cards. Overall, the quality is impressive.
