The product was marked as delivered, yet I never received it. I'm incredibly frustrated. I never expected the company to ignore my inquiries, leading to a loss of my money as a loyal customer. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from them again. There is no customer support. If something goes wrong, you risk losing your money. Completely unacceptable. A considerable amount of time has passed without any communication. Nothing.
