I have previously sent a few Prsnts and found it convenient however recently I sent a Prsnt, was informed 2 days later that the recipient had not opened the gift. I contacted the recipient who informed me they hadn't actually had a notification. I contacted customer support ( an AI bot) was told that they had been very busy, and that my Prsnt would be sent within 1 hour. 2 days later, no Prsnt. I sent a complaint by email. No response. I then tried to contact a human on the app. No response. No refund. I will be deleting the app. Nice idea, shame about the execution.
