If I could rate this service lower, I would. My mother-in-law invested years ago, naming my husband as the beneficiary. She passed away in January 2025, and he still hasn’t received the funds. Her financial planner has made countless calls and submitted all requested documents several times. Each time they call, the company asks for something new, like the death certificate, which was already included in the original request for funds. The first call requested the death certificate, which was provided initially. The second call also asked for it again. Then, they returned the documents claiming they had duplicates. Now, after 6-7 calls and supplying everything they’ve asked for, we are at December 30, 2025, and they are asking for yet another document. It’s incredibly frustrating. His mother has been gone for 11 months. I strongly advise against investing with this service if you want your investment to reach a beneficiary. All calls are answered by representatives from other countries, and there seems to be no supervisor available. The lack of documentation and information sharing has created the biggest hassle I've ever encountered.
