Sold me a PS+ Essential 12 month code that doesn't work. Has not kept my order history from where all the information needed for a reclamation would be available. Customer service drowns me in questions from what appears to be bots and throws the burden of proof of purchase on my end.I deal with stores that have kept my order history all the way to 2005 but this company can't be bothered to have it even for 2 years.
