I had an extremely poor experience with this personal trainer academy. From the very beginning, everything seemed professional and responsive—at least until the moment you make the payment. Once you submit your completed workbook, you can wait weeks for a reply. The questions are not reviewed by real professionals, and even when you respond exactly to the assessors’ requirements, you receive feedback on the same question as if your answer had never been read. It is clear that the process is not handled with any attention or competence.
When you try to discuss these issues with someone from the administration, they simply tell you to send an email. You send the email, and then you are redirected to another email address. The entire system feels like a scam—no professionals, no clear information, no proper explanation of the process. I absolutely do not recommend this academy, and I will make sure others are aware of the poor experience I had, especially because I initially trusted them.
I want to highlight that I am a former military professional who genuinely wanted to obtain a qualified personal trainer certificate in this country. I value my personal development and my qualifications, and I truly believed I had found a credible school. Unfortunately, it is not.
