My sakes data was not being provided accurately formoths. Only after we chading it and providing proof it was being acknowledged. But still sales data not being uploaded for months and no royalty payment. There is no Helpline number to reach. Email communication is copy paste response. No idea if sales data can be authentic looking at their unprofessional way of dealing the issue. So frustrated 😠 After admission of their mistake - delay is for many months now. ..still not doing corrective actions immediately.
