The situation has been perplexing for many years now. I don't have any free ebooks or audiobooks available on the platform, yet they are indicating 355 units sold in October 2025 and only want to pay me 287 USD for those sales. It seems implausible that I earned less than the number of items sold. Realistically, those royalties should exceed US$ 700, likely even over $1k considering many sales were from audiobooks. Instead, they compel me to reveal my identity here, claiming they will investigate the matter, but it seems likely they will either penalize me for speaking out or remove this review. This seems to be a tactic they use to eliminate negative feedback. It has happened with every aggregator I've complained to about discrepancies between reported sales and actual royalties, including others in the industry. This service has deprived me of a significant amount of money for years. I use them due to limited options in the publishing landscape, but they consistently take large portions of my earnings, and at times, it becomes glaringly obvious. They seem to escape accountability, which is why such practices continue. Have you noticed how many authors report earning nothing from book sales while these companies rapidly expand and thrive? This isn't a minor issue. They retain more than half of my earnings, giving me merely a third of what I sell. This is a blatant disregard for authors and their work. Unfortunately, this review will likely be removed simply because I won’t disclose my identity. This is their modus operandi. It's time to be aware!
