The second group did finally get it uploaded to Amazon, but they were VERY SLOW . I had to prod them every step of the way and what should have been a matter of a few weeks, turned into months of frustration. Once it was safely uploaded to Kindle, I severed that relationship with company #2 and set out to find competent help in marketing and promoting my book. Score!
