Honestly? This purchase was one of the better ones. An actual person stayed in communication throughout the entire shipping and purchase process.. the guy was super nice, and he even checked AFTER I received it to see how I was enjoying it and if everything was okay. Very rad. Every question I had was answered. The shipping was also pretty quick. Loved the product. I use it more than my enail now haha. Great clouds on the second warm up and the flavor still comes through perfectly. YOU HAVE TO KEEP IT CLEAN AFTER EVERY USE OR AT LEAST EVERY OTHER! You have lots of preheat temperature options and you can get like 6-10 sessions per charge depending on how big your globs are/how many reheats you take.
