I hope Fair Go looks into this company as they are flat out lying to people. They ask to see your current electricity bill and promise they can provide cheaper rates and even promote themselves as low-user friendly. They charged double what my previous provider did and only do estimates rather than actual readings. They do not have an app that you can log into and check your usage, instead you have to wait the full month for their 'estimate'. Try Frank Energy or Powershop instead, they are much more cheaper and transparent.
