Well, I went through all the required betting and earned a bit of money. I must have sent 30 messages to customer support, but one of my withdrawals finally went through (although it took almost 3 days). Edit: My second withdrawal attempt failed, and the funds were refunded to my game account. I tried one more withdrawal, but that failed as well, and the funds just disappeared. They were never refunded to my game account, and after about 20 messages to customer support, I was told they would take care of it. 10 messages and two days later, and they still haven't resolved the issue. This site has been more of a headache than anything. Never, EVER, trust this site. Even if you do everything you're supposed to, this site makes claims that it doesn't back up. In other words, they're frauds!
