I ordered this item based on their claims. I ordered from Austria, and their product page clearly states delivery in 3-4 days. Even after 10 days, the items weren't shipped. When I reached out to customer support, they took 3 days to respond, stating the product was pre-ordered, despite me having paid for it. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. I still haven't received my item, and my experience with this company has been very poor.
