I placed an order on 30th Nov to Finland, and the parcel still hasn't arrived, likely due on 29th Dec. I even received an email asking for feedback on the product and my experience. I hope the product will exceed this disappointing order experience. Additionally, I haven't received any responses from the customer support team.
