Take way to long to get your redemption if you cash out early Wednesday you expect to at least have your money on Friday !!!! Nope mondays here and still nothing it 7:30 pm eastern time so almost a week has gone by
The issue is that the AI Bot doesn't understand the difference between redemption where the connection was broken and needing a live agent. I wasted 45 minutes and never was connected to a live agent.
