Had two dogs on the wellness plan, was told I would get 150$ annually toward dental cleaning for each dog and 100$ annually for routine blood work for each dog. I did get both dogs teeth cleaned and because they are senior dogs, routine blood work is done prior to the dental cleaning. I submitted the claims for dental cleaning and blood work for both dogs and it was all denied. They stated that gingivitis and tartar build up is a pre existing condition and the blood work was not covered because it was related to the dental cleaning. Please people beware. I cancelled the policies and had to pay them a lot to cancel.
