I bought this for my wife it took us two days for customer service to help with set up. She used for a hour and it went down . Getting ahold of someone to help with issues is difficult at first but as time goes on and you learn there programs it gets easier. The printer does some beautiful prints . There engineers are really helpful. I feel there sight and printer and programs could be made more user friendly for people with limited computer skills but so far my wife is satisfied with it for only having it a week. I changed review from 2 to 3 ill update as time goes on
