I spent nearly $300 on 5 items, expecting to receive them all. However, I only got 2 items, and one was the wrong color. I tried contacting the support team but received no response. Now it's December, and I'm still left without my items or any communication. I can't believe anyone would give this seller a good review! The positive feedback seems fake.
