Terrible customer service that has definitely been handed over to AI chatbots. Item wasn’t despatched within advertised time and so asked for a refund. Was refused and told that the item was printed and would be despatched that day. Item hadn’t been printed and wasn’t despatched that day. Have been chasing ever since with absolutely no reply or acknowledgment so now I have to raise a chargeback with my bank. Following their reply I have checked my order and my emails. I have 7 emails that have not been acknowledged. The order shows as cancelled and not refunded. So i do not appreciate being called a liar when I have the evidence to support what Im saying. Other reviewers also have identical experiences to me. We can’t all be liars punkhaus. So you issued a refund- after this review was posted and then insinuated i had no reason to be unhappy because you had refunded and that my review was malicious. No notification of any refund has been sent. You have my email address and all my emails if you actually wished to resolve this- yet you continue to publicly lie about what has been said. Nothing I have said has been a lie or malicious- but if you continue to publicly misrepresent what actually happened I will post all the proof on your social media. I suggest you retract the misinformation you have posted about me.
