Ordered late November, received late December after contacting customer service several times because the shipment was stuck in The Netherlands and the postal service told me that it depended on the sender. Once received, I noticed that a poster was missing. I contacted customer service again to let them know, and they told me that the would have shippend the missing item. Now the shipment is stuck again after weeks of traveling around Europe. I fear I will never see my poster and fear, according to other reviews, that I will never receive a refund. The customer service and shipping times are truly embarrassing and shameful.
