I bought a couple of prints from here after I was served an ad on IG. I bought two prints, and while they arrived fine one was super pixelated and generally just seemed bad quality. I emailed and was told that that was how the print was designed which does not seem right but they offered me a refund anyway which I accepted. They told me the refund was processed but I knew it hadn’t been as I paid with PayPal and PayPal notify pretty quickly when a refund has been processed, so I emailed and asked if they were sure, they then said it had and I got the PayPal notification. However a week later, PayPal notifies me that the refund failed which I’ve never had happen before. I’ve emailed them again but overall they just seem a bit shady, I’d suggest avoiding if you don’t want any hassle.
