I’ve bought this scooter for my son just after Christmas and I was a little apprehensive because I’ve read some reviews about the service.My son decided he wanted a different model and so I tried to cancel the order by email with customer service,Now the item was already on its way and I was advised just to not accept the order “or refuse it”and it would be returned and a refund would be given no problem.They seemed to be a problem with the return as it seemed too take a very long time to get back to their warehouse “This needed to happen before they could issue a refund “Anyway I was back and forth with customer service and they were professional and very polite and understand the frustration.In the end they accepted it wasn’t good and not acceptable and gave my refund..whilst they chase up the courier or warehouse.Whilst I can’t comment on the E-scooter..The company or Business are great to deal with and on the ball every step of the way.I would use them again without hesitation.5 stars 🌟
