In Sept i bought an electric step for my son and Unfortunately the scooter stopped functioning after two weeks.And 4 months later we are still waiting for a solution. After sending several e-mails, pictures, video’s they are still not able to solve the issue. This should be very simple to solve; either repair, send us a new working product or a refund. Hopefully they will reach out and solve this.
