Previously wrote a review and it’s still not sorted. They arranged for my bike to be collected and repaired. They told me the bike was fixed and I requested it be returned today which they confirmed, I have asked what was wrong with the bike and they have ignored my emails. Now they are telling me the bike hasn’t been returned to them yet.This is all really concerning as they now have my bike and my money!
