ordered 2 scooters one arrived quicker then the other even though i paid for express shipping other scooter took a extra week and once opened on christmas one of the scooters turned out to be faulty and not working it took a whole month just to get contacted back and be able ship it back to the company and now they aren’t replying and have taken my money and the scooter horrible customer service and very dissatisfied with my purchase would not buy from here again very much feels like i’ve been scammed very disappointed at punkride
