I am updating my review today as I requested another withdrawal and was asked for verification again. I submitted my identification documents, but instead of approving my request, they closed my account and took around 65,000 rupees. I had initially deposited 7,000 eight days ago and earned 58,000 rupees. This feels like a complete scam, as they seem to be taking money from customers without any intention of allowing withdrawals. I recently joined a platform and requested my first withdrawal three days ago, but it still shows as pending and hasn't been approved. I've contacted customer support about 15 times, and they keep telling me there’s an issue with the merchant, but they don’t specify a timeframe. It seems like they are happy to take deposits from customers but refuse to release any funds for withdrawal.
