I have to say I have had a really great experience dealing with this company. I ordered two t-shirts, based on an initial order of a t-shirt I was very happy with. Unfortunately, the courier delivered them to the wrong address and I contacted Pupiloves to inform them. They replied within 20 mins and the Customer Service between then and now was exemplary. I received a replacement order very promptly and Pupiloves were in contact with me the whole time. I didn’t feel like I was being a bother at all. They were so lovely. The T-shirts were of an excellent quality again so I am so pleased. I will DEFINITELY buy from this company again and highly recommend that everyone give them a try! 20/10!
