So this is the first review I have ever been bothered to do as I was really blown away by the customer service/communication from this company. I ordered 4 t-shirts - the day I chased the order as suddenly worried whether the company was real (I saw their ad on Insta) the order was delivered. I was however not pleased with my choice of colour as it was a lot brighter than I saw in the picture and the sizes were bigger than I thought/is usual. I emailed to say I wanted to exchange them - an immediate reply stated 'of course just let us know what with'...I asked for the return address and was told 'don't worry to return them, give them as presents or to charity and as you have been so polite and chatty so on this occasion we'll send you your new order...I mean that does not happen in this world of everyone wanting and not giving back but they did and it really did leave me feeling that there are some good people/businesses out there. The new order arrived and they are perfect. Thank you so much Pupiloves and have a successful 2025.
