Ordered a dog bed from these scammers on 22nd October 2024. Chased my order and was reassured my order had been shipped and would be delivered no later than 9th November 2024. Checked my shipping details and they’ve now disappeared and just states “shipped” with no other information. I’ve chased several times and they’ve ignored all my emails. Complete scammers. They are thieves. Take your money and run. Don’t order from them you’ve been warned. I’ve now got my credit card company involved to get my money back. Shame on you Pupnest.
