ETA: It's December 30, the trip I needed this for has come and gone, and the order is still not here. IF this is a legit company, they need a business lesson in underpromising and overdelivering.I ordered a dog car seat cover from Puppy Place on Facebook for almost $100. Nothing was said about the order taking forever or being out of stock. I got an email stating there was a one to two week delay and to let them know if there was a problem. I told them I needed it Dec. 20 for a trip and they promised to prioritize it. It's Dec. 16 and still not here. I checked their "tracking" and it gives me no info except that the thing is coming from China, which was NOT disclosed. I contacted customer service and got an automated reply about not being able to guarantee it will arrive by Christmas. If I had any idea I would have ordered a different product a month ago. Scammers. Stay away!
