I came 2nd place in one of PupVote’s competitions, and their terms state prizes would be delivered within 30 days. It’s now been over two months and I still haven’t received anything or heard back from them. I’ve reached out multiple times with no response. Really disappointed — the competition was fun, but the lack of communication and follow-through isn’t acceptable. Hopefully they improve their customer service and honour their own terms.
