One star is too much. This company engages in fraudulant advertising. There is no indication on their website that they are in China, only a phone number with a California area code. I ordered a pair of dog boots that did not stay on. I was permitted to return them but they never provided a return address. After four days of continued emails they finally gave me a return address in CHINA which would cost more than I paid for the boots. I brought this to their attention and another 4 days went by before I received an email appologizing for the inconvenience but no refund and no USA address. Their return policy clearly states that returns will be honored if product is re-salable, but there is no indication that products need to be returned at the customers expense, to CHINA. They also do not answer the phone.
