I started my research back in October of last year from a local company. I decided to try purchasing online and purchased 3 vials. Shipping time was great. I reconstituted my 1st vial and had floaters. I'd never had this happen so I went to my forums and asked. All advised not to use it. I reconstituted a second vial with a new vial of BAC water and had the same experience. I proceeded to open a support ticket and have been given the run around ever since. "Let me assure you that our team is reviewing your situation." "The escalation from February 17th is active." "They will reach out to you directly as soon as their review is complete." No one has contacted me. Its been over 4 weeks. Needless to say, I went back to my old company and have had no issues. I invested over $350 and just want them to make it right.
