It had no benefit what so everZero results No scoop in the packets and ignored when I email to say how do I measure to know how much to scoop fault ? The second packet has all black bits thru it couldn’t even finish drinking the second packet because in the glass cup all I could see was black bits thru it … felt no different what so every.. please don’t waist your money
