Their 90 day policy is created in a way where they can avoid refunding even with no results. They looked for photos every two weeks and wouldn't refund without these despite me having before and afters. I was super disappointed given it's such a costly treatment, and I seen no results. They market the product in a way that make it looks like it works every time, but this is not the case I'm afraid.
