I started Purau at the age of 38 on the advanced acne programme after years of acne struggles. The programme helped clear the majority of the acne, but once the gut and skin maintain tablets finished I found some spots came back. I now take the gut and skin maintain as part of my regular vitamin intake and it keeps the spots away. Would recommend!
