I than moved onto the maintain pills and was truly grateful with my results. I attempted to take the stress tonic because of the work that I do. The stress tonic allows me to be calm in stressful situations. I only use the stress tonic sparingly with the maintain pills. My hormonal acne is a lot manageable now, closer to my cycle, I would get the odd pimple here and there otherwise I am happy with my results.
