Better firms exist. Look elsewhere

Update 2/2 after reading the company’s response: this is not accurate. I worked closely with support and their discord staff and was never informed this company even has their own app nor could you set your own DLLs in an app. Ridiculously hilarious attempt at making yourself look better though.why not just allow traders to manage their own within Tradovate app like NORMAL? Update 7/21/25 2:51 pm: It's been 1 week with no reply or response on here from the company. This is your red flag. --- Was excited to try this firm out and purchased a 100k instant account. Sadly, I had a poor experience. The company locks Tradovate risk settings, leaving you unable to lower your own personal daily loss limit. This is the only firm I have encountered that does this. To set your own daily loss limit, you have to reach out to support and ask them to do it (support is only M-F, 8-5pm) Why do I have to ask an employee to make my risk settings more conservative? Employees will claim this is normal within the prop firm space. It's not. I have traded with dozens of firms on Tradovate, and Purdia is the only firm that disallows adjusting your own DLL and risk parameters on the platform. Frank (employee) claims it's because it's something technical on their end and they're working to fix it. Once again, great example of another firm offloading their technical issues onto the customer so they can get off Scott-free. Is it noted anywhere to customers prior to purchase that they can't manually lower their own DLL? Of course not. Since they were unwilling to work with me on a solution, I requested my account be permanently closed, as prohibiting traders from setting their own DLLs or lowering risk parameters on their own screams suspicious to me. On a positive note, Harper on their Discord server is very helpful. Support staff, not so much. Wish I had more positive things to say otherwise. I'll be trading with more reputable and trustworthy firms moving forward. While researching, you also might want to take a look at their payout section on their Discord server… it's pretty quiet over there and the payouts are shockingly low. Perhaps providing superior service instead of being dismissive to traders could potentially help with that? Hmmmm 💡🤔
