First of all, my order was never delivered (tracking stopped weeks ago out of state). Then, I was enrolled in a subscription that I can't cancel (the page is down), and the customer service number is disconnected, with no response to my emails. I was just charged for a second item when the first never arrived, despite informing them I wanted to cancel the subscription. The service is a joke and is taking people's money without any consideration.
