Awful Customer Service: I purchased a pair of their boots, but they were huge. When I asked about an exchange, they said that they sent the correct size. And maybe they did, but if so, then their sizes run extra large. I wear a size 10 but it fits like a size 12. I think part of the problem is that the boots are European sizes, not sizes used in the United States. Regardless of why, they have not been helpful in the return/exchange request. That being the case, I do not recommend doing business with this company.
