After waiting over 3 weeks the moment I saw the large plastic envelope thrown against my garage door not in a box I knew I was in trouble. I could smell rubber before opening the package. My heart sank. On inspection the mailing package had two pairs of shoes each stuffed in a smaller plastic bag. The ad clearly stated that both pairs were "genuine leather. BOTH PAIRS WERE 100% RUBBER. Trust me, neither pair has ever seen a cow. I wasn't sure what "GENUINE LEATHER" meant to someone from China. I never put them on and sent an email to them the day I got them and told them I wanted 100% of my money back. Approximately $98.00. Their ad states easy refund. THAT IS A LIE. I have played phone tag with them for two weeks. First it was a 20% refund. Then it was a 30% refund. Although they owe me a 100 % refund I countered and said the least I would take would be 50%. They agreed and said I should get the refund in 1-3 days. We will see. If AOL is going to allow ads on their site from businesses in China they need to hold them to some kind of standard. The last experience I had like this was when I placed an order to TEMU. Same horrible products. They did give a 100% refund. I don't want rubber shoes. My last resort was this site for complaints. MY ADVISE......NEVER ORDER FROM purefite. BUNCH OF LOOSERS. THANKS FOR LETTING ME VENT. KEITH DUNN
