I’m very injury prone unfortunately and have had multiple experiences of my back or knees getting injured. Knowing Jill is like having a safety net for injuries. She is super knowledgeable and cares about figuring out long term solutions for my injuries. She’s helped me with my back multiple times with stretches and dry needling. A lot of what she’s taught me I do now when I’m healthy and it’s helped me build a stronger lower back. Also, every moment with Jill she’s got a big smile on her face which makes whatever you’re working on a lot more fun! She rocks.
