Not a consistent customer experience & fulfillment/shipping delays. My first auto delivery of 2 Simply Tera’s organic whey protein containers shipped out from their Sparks, NV distro immediately to my CA address and got to me immediately. My 2nd auto delivery took them 3 days to get shipped and it’s coming from Florida. Seriously? I want to work with the companies that ship my auto ship the day it says, especially if the supply chain is messed up. I can’t trust a company that acts like a lazy apparel company to ship my food products. If Chewy can do it for pet products, PureFormulas can do it for food products if they are a credible company. I’m now going to run out of the product now that it’s going to be several days late. I’m not sure how I feel about them using USPS after taking 3 days to simply fill an active authorship order. March 3 is the date, ship on March 3, especially if you have to send from the opposite side of the country. Terrible inventory management. I wanted to order other products but I’m new to trying this company and this concerns me. Also, they don’t let you sort supplements on their website by 3rd party testing certifications.

By the way, reading Pure Formulas responses where they basically gaslight numerous customers for bringing up these shipping and supply problems are really tone deaf. You are getting consistent feedback from diverse customers that it’s not ok for orders to sit, among other problems. I’ll pay more to get the product faster from a reliable supplier, I’m not going to pay more for “expedited” shipping and still have it take 7+ days. I’m still shocked my product is coming from Florida and I find it doubtful the product wasn’t in NV. It seems like there are network problems managing fulfillment.
