I paid for next day shipping, but my order wasn't even sent out until the following day, resulting in a delay of a day. I couldn't use the product when I needed it, and I wasn't given a refund for the extra $20 I paid. Had I known it wouldn't arrive sooner, I wouldn't have paid for the expedited option.
