The worst experience ever. From delivery to opening the box, everything was a disappointment.Delivery: The website states that delivery within Canada takes 2-3 business days with express post. However, this was not the case. The delivery was international, and I had to pay extra taxes and duties to receive my parcel. I paid for express shipping, expecting it to arrive in 2-3 days, but it took over a week! I contacted DLH, and they told me they don’t even offer 2-day express shipping.Color mismatch: I ordered #6 Light Chestnut Brown, but received Golden Blonde instead—completely different from what I expected.Poor quality: The quality is terrible. You can see visible fraying, and parts of it look like they were poorly cut close to clips . The ends are very thin and damaged.I will never order from here again, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
