The service is an absolute letdown. I purchased a couple of advent calendars for 2025, which were marked down from £60+ to £33. They are cheap plastic items, far from what was advertised, and had I seen them in person, I wouldn't have paid a single penny. Regarding shipping, I placed my order on November 18th, and they only arrived on December 6th. I did receive an email stating that the shipping company was delayed, but the message included, "I promise it will be worth the wait!" I strongly advise avoiding this service, and wish everyone a Merry Christmas.
