I ordered Black Seed Oil for a one time purchase and was automatically enrolled in a subscription plan. I contacted the company and asked whee and how did I enroll in a subscription, and was informed that when I purchased their product that was how I enrolled. I informed them that i do not want a subscription and requested ro cancel rje subscription. I was informed that I could not cancel the subscription dor 20 days. I rhen demanded that the subscription be cancelled as this is a deceptive practice and misleading, I was informed that my subscription would be cancelled after my billing cycle was done. I have requested a cancellation of the order and refund of my money. I so not so business with companies that use deceit and deception as a standard business practice.
